There is a lost + found located in our Security Office at 2920 Riverby Rd. Houston, TX 77020. The office is open 24/7.

Are there public restrooms at East River?

No, but many retailers and restaurants have restrooms for their patrons.

Does East River have a photography policy?

Yes, photographers, please click here to download a request form.
Please bring this completed form and photography fee (cash or check) to our security office located at 2920 Riverby Rd. Houston, TX 77020. All photographers and videography shoots need to have pre-approval.

Drone photography is prohibited at East River.

Welcome to East River. As a private property built for the community, we strive to ensure all our guests are safe and have the same opportunity to enjoy their visit, so we please ask that you respect the these policies.

We reserve the right not to allow any bag, parcel, or other item to be brought into the property, and to deal with any unattended object in such ways we consider appropriate. This includes balls and skateboards.

Please show common courtesy to fellow East River guests by not using profanity or engaging in unsafe, illegal, disruptive, or offensive behavior.

While we are pet-friendly in the common areas, only domestic pets are allowed and must be on a leash at all times and any messes must be cleaned up.

Professional photography, videotaping, or recording of any kind must receive prior approval.

As a private property, we do reserve the right to dismiss groups or individuals from the property in violation of any of these policies.
